In 2020, Tribify was born out of yogg, a premium branding agency that worked with hundreds of orthodontic and dental practices across North America. Drawing on insights gathered inside independent practices, from de novo startups to multi-location groups, yogg founder Adam Mead began to recognize a pattern in the practices that were most magnetic, and why.
That pattern became the Tribify framework.
Today, Tribify exists to help private practices flourish in spite of mounting pressure from every corner of the industry. It’s been proven again and again, with doctors still living their identity, the heart and soul of their practice, 15 years later.
Brittany Salstead leads the team today, bringing seven years of experience helping private practice clients become truly younique.
Tribify is based in Melbourne Beach, Florida, where the best thinking happens with the ocean in the background.
The relationship between a patient and a doctor who truly knows them is one of the most valuable things in healthcare. Corporate consolidation is efficient. It’s also eroding something irreplaceable. We’re on the other side of that.
Being unique for the sake of being different doesn’t work. Being younique — so thoroughly yourself that no one can replicate what you’ve built — is a competitive advantage that compounds forever. It’s been at the center of every practice we’ve worked with and still is.
Culture challenges. Staff turnover. Ineffective marketing. Leaders on different pages. Growth that’s painful. Acquisition pressure. These all feel like business problems on the surface, but they’re almost always clarity problems. When a doctor gets clear on why they built what they built, and systemizes everything around it, the operational problems tend to solve themselves.
Impact that’s bolted on feels like marketing. Impact that’s built in feels like purpose. The giving programs that actually last aren’t campaigns, they’re culture, woven into the identity of the practice. When impact is who you are instead of something you do, your community feels it, and it compounds just like everything else Tribify builds.
The belief that impact belongs at the core, not the edges, isn’t just something Tribify teaches. It’s something Tribify practices. Founder Adam Mead also co-founded Lalumwe, a nonprofit fighting water and food insecurity in remote communities across Africa, alongside Dr. Craig Lustman and Dr. Michael Estreicher. Seeing firsthand what clean water does for an entire village is part of why impact sits at the center of everything Tribify builds.
